David Brin's asking for it

+David Brin lets fly with both barrels at PJ O'Rourke and the Cato Institute for an amicus brief in the case of Susan B. Anthony List v. Driehaus. He ends up shooting himself because his own post has reviewable false speech in it that could run afoul of the Ohio law. Were Brin's preferred legal outcome to happen and the court not listen to the emanations from that "intellectual brothel" over at Cato, his own political discourse would be endangered. The ad hominem in Brin's post flies thick and fast.
