Now that the Obama administration has liberated large numbers of people from the workforce, they've also limited the danger that the newly liberated will have nothing to do by cutting home health for their parents.
There is no magic source of Obama dollars. It all has to get paid for or dumped on our children's shoulders. None of the adults in DC have dared to make an honest budget in decades that fully accounts for all future promised spending. They can hardly do it a year in advance anymore.
This is unsustainable.
