Weight loss practice

Let's see how disciplined I actually can be.

I am one overweight fellow.
I need to fix that.
Today I weighed in at 300.0 pounds

This is actually an improvement over my all time peak of 315.

Target weight is 195.
Weekly goal is 2 lbs loss per week.

Daily weigh ins start now.

The foreseeable challenge is when life happens and I get knocked off rhythm. Getting back into pattern always defeats me up to now.
