This is a daily report I'm starting up in order to find and create Citizen Intelligence government oversight widgets by simply taking the meat of what's already getting written and putting it into a form that a computer can automatically update a widget automatically and inexpensively. Articles that have no potential widgets are labeled as no substance because, for my purposes, there's nothing usable there.
